Outlook / Word 2000 Mail Merge w/o fields

I have an email message that I need to send to everyone in my contacts
folder. I want each recipient to see only their own email address in the
To: field. I know I can create a distribution list and place it in the
bcc: field, with my own email in the To: field, but I need each recipient
to see their own email, not mine, in the To: field. Mail Merge seems to be
the only way to do this without purchasing a mass mail program or coding
everything in VBA. However, since the body of the message will be
identical for everyone, I don't want to add any mail merge fields. I just
want to make Outlook 2000 send the message to everyone in my contacts
folder. The Mail Merge option seems to insist that I add at least one
merge field to the body of the message before it will execute the merge.
Is there any way to get around this? I guess I can add a blank dummy field
to my data source, but isn't there an easier way?

Thanks,
David
