I have read through the Q&A's related to Outlook won't open. My situation
was not listed. My outlook has worked fine for over a year then one day
last week it just wouldn't open. I'm not even getting the splash screen. I
double click on the icon, the hourglass appears for a few seconds then
disappears and nothing happens.
