Outlook won't open in 98

Suddenly and without notice, my MS Outlook has just
stopped working! Whenever I click the icon to start the
program, all I get is the title box that shows up before
the program launches...and that's it!

When I ctrl/alt/del to see what is happening, it states
that it is not responding. I have tried reloading MS
Office, but nothing is working.

Obviously, I can still use IE and the other Office
products.

Any ideas?

Try deleting your outcmd.dat file.
