Outlook will not remember my password

I am using Outlook express 6 and have two issues:
1. Outlook will not remember my password even though I
store the password.
2. Outlook will not send a email with an "_" in the
address.

Help. Please
 
I haven't posted to this newsgroup before so I don't know
if I've done it right.

I too would love a reply to this. I have the same problem.
