I have a number of offsite clients accessing their email
with OWA. All is well with one exception. Following is
what I am running into:

On a normal logon screen for OWA, there is a space for
user name and password. Below that are choices for Client
Premium or Basic, and then Security with Public or Private
option. The security options are not there. Premium or
basic give the same results.

SSL and TSL are enabled in the IE version 6.0.2800.1106CO
with all Service Packs and updates applied.
Windows 98 Second Edition.
Connection through a 56K onboard modem.

Sometimes I will get a certificate, sometimes I don't.
Other times it will not allow me to type in the user
information beyond the first letter of the domain, but if
I click in the space, even though I have not entered the
entire domain name, it will fill it in for me and then
disappear. I have to reboot to get it to work again. Then
when I finally DO log in, it will begin to load, then hang
leaving a blank blue area on the right where the email
messages should be, and a blank white area on the left
where the folders should be. The toolbar does not load at
all. ctrl+alt+delete is then the only option.

Has anyone run into this?
