Can somebody help me with this problem.
We are running Exchange 5.5 on NT 4.0 and also using
Outlook Web Aecces. However, in Outlook Web Access, we
can read emails, but when we try to reply, the screen
closes out and does not give the chance to do so. Is
there a fix for this. Thanks.

I am having exactly the same problem. Only I hear a "bleep" and then the original e-mail disappears! I am then returned back to the listing of my Inbox. In scrolling through pages and pages of posts looking for an answer, I found one guy so far who may be able to help. His e-mail address is (e-mail address removed). I hope I got it right. Let me know if you find an answer to this one. Our district technology administrator replied to my concern: "That's strange. I don't have a clue......and for the last time, I cannot help you with your home computer!" Sheesh. Ain't life grand? LMTrump

I Think this is a bug or something. Somebody posted a
message saying to hold the CTRL Key and then click the
Reply button. I tried it, but it did not work. I am
currently searching the knowledge base. If you find the
solution, please post it here. Thanks.

The reason you cannot send or forward e-mails on the Exchange Server is because your personal e-mail, i.e., AOL, has added the "block this site" feature. If you will allow "pop-ups" on your server site, your e-mail will perform perfectly. Apparently AOL routes mail even from Exchange/Web Access. I had the same problem, and VOILA! it's resolved.
