Outlook Web Access

I recently installed Service Pack 2. Now Outlook web
access is not working properly. When I click reply to
sender to respond to a message the reply window nolonger
opens so I cannot reply. I have to send a new message.
Anyone else have this problem and any idea on how to
correct it?
 
I assume you are talking about the Outlook component of MS Office Suite and
not Outlook Express.

Open Control Panel, open Internet Options, go to the Programs tab and be
sure Micorosft Outlook is listed as the e-mail client, if not, select it
from the dropdown list and click apply and ok. If it's not in the dropdown
list or already indicated as the e-mail client, try reinstalling Outlook.
