I would like to change hosting providers for my POP 3 account which I use
Outlook Web Access. What can I do to ensure all the current messages that
are in Mail Box #1 transfer to the new provider Mail Box #2. The new isp
says they do not have any tools, but my current ISP brought my old OWA files
and mail box over complete from the very first ISP and POP 3 provider we had.
Any insight/info would be helpful. Thx.

This sentence doesn't make sense. POP and Outlook Web Access are
incompatible. Outlook Web Access is an HTML interface to an Exchange
mailbox and doesn't use POP protocols at all.

While Exchange can allow POP access to the mailbox's Inbox folder, POP
cannot be used to access any other folder, since POP is a mail-only
transport and doesn't have the concept of folders. Something in what you've
posted seems missing.
