Greetings,
I'm in this group as I'm unable to find one for Outlook Web Access. If there
is one, please post a link.

A group of us use Outlook Web Access for sending and receiving update
requests. The notification of an update is a relatively stock message with
the only changes being the actual update number and title.

I created an e-mail and saved it to the Drafts folder, but when we open,
edit, and send it... we lose it from the Drafts folder. I tried opening it
and saving the opened e-mail, but the same thing happens.

Is there a way, in Web Access, to save a template of some sort?

Not sure which version of Exchange/OWA you are using, but using Internet
Explorer against Exchange 2003's OWA you should be able to right click on an
item and select move/copy to folder. Just copy the item in your drafts
folder back to the drafts folder. Click the check mail (refresh) button so
you see both items. From there, do what you are used to doing.

Oh, usually Outlook Web Access questions get posted in the
microsoft.public.exchange.* area. (e.g. microsoft.public.exchange.misc or
microsoft.public.exchange.clients)

Neo,
I tried your suggestion and it works great, thanks!

Post to the Exchange area, huh? That explains why I couldn't find a Web
Access forum!

Thanks,

Solon

Forward it from Drafts. Don't send the original.
