outlook was already on my computer but it's not working

I just got this computer and I was trying to use outlook which was already a
part of my package but it wont give me a send button

Hi - not enough info to go on. Please repost/reply with a lot more detail.
As in, version of Windows? Outlook? Type of mail account? Error messages?
 
Do you have a mail account configured for use?

account will be deleted without reading.
