OutLook Warning Window

Hello,

we are using VB Applicaion that some times send email using outlook. in
earlier version the warrning window was not appearing but on newer versions
of outlook a warning windwos appears. I have found following on the support
Site of MS.

IS there any way to bypass this warrning window.
