Outlook vs Outlook Express

Converted over to use Outlook and have set outlook as default mail program. I
am able to send email using outlook but I still receive all mail in Outlook
Express
any ideas?

Check your settings. Remove the email account from Outlook Express or
specify that the Outlook Express account leaves messages on the server.

Sure. Don't run Outlook Express and it won't recive the mail. Use Outlook
instead and if you have it configured correctly, it will.
