Outlook vs Express

I use free downloadable adobe for emailing picutres, but it defaults to
Outlook and not Outlook Express, which I prefer.....how do I ensure Adobe
sets up the email with attachments in Outlook Express. Thank you

Assuming that Adobe follows you default mail client set in Windows, verify
that you have OE set as your default mail client in;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
