When I use Outlook at work, when I respond to an email, or forward it; there
is a little notification on the email that says I have already replied, or
forwarded it. Here at home Outlook 2003, through hotmail, I can't get it to
show me if I have replied or not. Is there a settting I can't find?

No, this is not supported on HTTP accounts.

No, there is no setting for that. Hotmail accounts don't have that option
available, as they are HTTP accounts, not POP3 accounts.
