Outlook user profiles

Hi All!

I need a way to change settings in outlook user profiles. For example, I
need to change Exchange Server name to which user must connects.

How to do this without going to each user and manualy change this settings?
 
What's the scenario? If you're just moving mailboxes, the Outlook profile will adjust itself automatically.
