Outlook unable to receive email with attachments over 100kb

Hi there,
Outlook will not let me download email that has attachments bigger than
100kb. Is there a setting to change this. This is the message that I am
getting:

Task 'pop6.sympatico.ca - Sending and Receiving' reported error

(0x80004005): 'The operation failed.'

The version of Outlook is 2002.
The type of account is POP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try increasing your server timeout value. It's on the Advanced tab of your
account properties pages.
