Does anyone know how to have outlook remember the positions of its toolbars? Every time Outlook opens I arrange the toolbars the way I want them, but it won't remember this setting the next time I open Outlook. The toolbars all open on separate rows, wasting valuable screen space on my notebook computer.

Close Outlook. Find the outcmd.dat file. Rename it. Start Outlook which
will create a new outcmd.dat with the default toolbars. You will have to
redo any toolbar customizations. Check that their customization gets
remembered in different sessions of Outlook.

Have you tried doing a file exit and logging back in ?
