Outlook today styles

Have various versions of Outlook (2002, 2003 and 2007)
Is it possible to customize the style of Outlook Today past the templates
provided? Having the same ones since 2002 (with that machine) is getting
pretty boring. Would be nice to be able to have the ability to design one.
