Ah, thanks - it makes it so much easier to figure this stuff out when we
have the versions included in the post.
For Outlook 2002 (no SP3 for Outlook 2003), you can select Tools->Email
Accounts->Use the dropdown at the bottom to set the delivery .pst file.

| Firstly, my abject apologies to Milly Staples and any other MVP who
| read my post- I just wasn't thinking!
|
| I am half way to switching off W2k, and permanently using WXP. Either
| system is currently available, with dual boot.
|
| W2k (C drive) has Outlook 2000 installed, on C drive, using a pst
| folder on the D drive, holding data accumulated over several years.
|
| WXP(local drive H) has Outlook 2003,SP3 installed. It can see the
| same pst folder on the D drive, so everything like appointment,
| tasks, contacts etc is accessible.
|
| Outlook 2003 is accessing its own folder for the display of 'Outlook
| Today' info. I would prefer that it got its data from the old pst
| folder on the D drive. How can I do this please?
|
| I expect eventually to dispense with the W2k OS.
