Outlook to Office outlook

I can not get my Office outlook to transfer my outlook
express e-mail accounts to it's folder. All the settings
are correct. I can not receive or send. However I do get
the test mail. Any ideas?
 
Which version of Outlook are you using? What type of account are using? What error messages are you
receiving when trying to send and receive?
