In 2000, I was able to type in a name in the "To" field, and Outlook would
find it--even though the address book was listed lastname, firstname. With
2003, even though the address book has not changed, I am unable to type in a
name in the "To" field firstname lastname. It can't find the name unless I
type it in exactly as it's listed in the address book. How can I change the
settings?

Also, the address book I'm referring to is a corporate address book, so it's
not a personal contacts list.
