outlook time wrong

I just installed Office 2003. My computer clock has the
correct time however me emails are timed one hour off.
How can I change this time?
 
Its probably under Calendar settings, leastways it was in earlier versions -
I'm still working with the ark, OL2K

Check your time zone and daylight savings time settings.
