Hi,
I'm having a problem with my Outlook time. Both Outlook and my system are
set to eastern standard time, however, Outlook is an hour behind. If I
change my system clock, the clock in Outlook is still an hour ahead of the
system. When I try to change the time zone in Outlook, I get a "The handle
is invalid" error message, and the time zone reverts back. Out of about 500
computers in my office, I seem to be the only one with the problem, and IT
is stumped. Not to mention, they have a tendancy to mess everything else up
in the process.
Anyway, I found some registry entries that were set to Central standard
time, but changing them to to the right time zone didn't fix the problem. I
saw something in there about bias, but I don't know what the settings
should look like. Anyone else have the same problem, or better yet, anyone
know how to fix it??
