Outlook Tasks - Master Category List

Where is the MCL stored exactly in the user's profile for Outlook? I have
several users that have modified their standard MCL and I would like to be
able to just move the data file to another machine if necessary, for
rebuilds.

Also, how can users share a Master Category List so that a supervisor and
his/her administrative assistant can reference the same task list with the
same category assignation. Please advise. Thank you much.
