When you put a task in Outlook and it is completed, can you keep a list of the completed items? If so, how? and if not, how long do they stay on the list before they "disappear"
You can check the AutoArchive settings by right-clicking the Tasks folder,
then choosing Properties and going to the AutoArchive tab.

Mine never disappear unless I delete them They merely get a line running
through them when I mark them complete.
