In Outlook 2003 I don't like it when the system tray reminder (Envelope Icon)
goes away when a message comes in with the Inbox previously empty. I don't
feel this should happen when the Outlook window is not the active window
(such as when it is minimized to the system tray). I've got my options set
so a message is considered "read" after viewing for 1 second and I think it
is this that is causing the reminder to go away. I don't feel a message
should be considered "read" if the window is not currently active and the
messages should remian un-read until the user opens or activates the window.
