Outlook & System Restore

System Restore has deleted ALL contacts (address book), personal files,
achieves, etc. from Outlook. I have XP Home and 2003 Small Bus. Does
Outlook backup automatically? Can I restore? Where can I locate this? My
computer was not working well and Outlook was being opened in Safe Mode so I
decided to run System Restore -- bad decision for a beginner. My Document
files are okay.
 
Gabe: Did you find out how to restore your Outlook? The same thing has
happened to me. Even my email account setting are gone. It's like a new
Outlook that I haven't set up yet.
