outlook sync blackberry

Please help. Cannot sync outlook to blackberry. Message
no outlook or msexchange folders seem to be configured.
Do not know how to configure. Using blackberry desk top
manager
 
which version of outlook and blackberry? What types of email accounts do you
use?
