outlook switches

have outlook 2002 & windows xp. I cannot get the
switch "/cleanpst" to work. With outlook
shut down, in the run command i type "outlook /cleanpst".
I have xp so i don't have to type the entire path [i
tryed it also and it didn't work]. when I type the
command, outlook opens and asks me to choose a profile.
It appears normal, but the calander items are not erased.
That is my goal, to erase or clean the calander!

Please help!

Probably because there is no such command-line switch for OL2002. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=296192. The /cleanpst switch is ONLY
usable with Ol2003 (see
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP010031101033.aspx?Product=out).
