Outlook 2000. Outlook suddenly won't open and gives me the following message:

"OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will
need to restart the program. An error log is being created."

This just started, and nothing I've done has fixed it. I have:

- reinstalled Office/Outlook...still does it.
- rebooted our server (just in case that was it...it wasn't)
- rebooted my computer many many times...still does it

Any suggestions? All my contact info is in Outlook, so I really need to
access it. Also, where can I find the error log that it says it has created?
We use MS SBS 2000, Norton Corporate Antivirus and Maximizerif that makes a
difference. I haven't installed any other programs on the server or my PC -
only thing I can think of is that I did do an abortive attempt to change my
server password, but I have since changed it correctly and don't know why
that would impact Outlook, since the program in on my PC not the server.

Thanks!

Try the repair utility under add/remove programs, instead of removing and
reinstalling.

Sorry - should have included that I did try that. I just tried it again
today, still getting the same error. Any other suggestions? I can't figure
out why repairing and /or reinstalling won't work. All other Office programs
(Word, Excel) are working. Could it be a virus?

Please advise. Thanks!
