Outlook - Subject line

My co-workers and I would like to change the font and
color in the outlook email - subject line. Get the
attention of our staff in the field. Can this be done?

Don't think you can. But you can mark your messages as 'urgent' - as long as
you don't do this for every message, it should stand out enough.
