Outlook Subject Line Bug?

I've noticed, not sure if its a bug or not, but the SUBJECT line of a
recieved email is edit-able... If you click/select a section of text in the
subject, you can drag it to a different section of the sentence. Or, you can
even drag drop/paste into the subject text.

Why? everything else in an email you are reading is read-only. Why is the
subject changeable?

The body of a received message is not read-only.

It's not a bug - it's so you can rename subjects to be more meaning full.
It's not changed deep in the header, just in the view. You need to save the
changes for it to take effect.
