Hi For the last few days, users in our organisation are
feeling a strange issue. Whenever they are trying to open
the mails coming from System Administrator warning them
of their mailbox approaching the allocated space, their
outlook client freezes. We are using Exchange Server 2000
with SP3 as mailing system and Outlook 2000 with SP3 as
the mailing client.

Kindly suggest the possible reason and the fix.

Regards,

Vinay

How close to the limit are they?

Around 90%. But this does not seems to be an issue as it
is happening even after deleting or moving mails o PST.
