I have installed Office 2003 on my new lap top. Now everytime I open my
outlook, I get an error message saying I have to reinstall metamail. What
the heck is it & where is it located? I have searched both Toshiba &
microsoft sites. They show nada about metamail.

It's not installed by either MS or Toshiba - at least my Toshiba doesn't
have it, although they are listed as a partner on the site.

Metamail Outlook 2003 problem solved

You can find the solution to this problem on the Metamail.com FAQ page:

Q: Metamail Error Message appears when launching Microsoft Outlook
A: Resolution

1. Make sure that all email clients and browsers have been shut down before proceeding.
2. Go to the Start Menu and select Control Panel. Click on the Add/Remove Programs tool.
3. Select the Toshiba Registration and Metamail Trust Architecture program:

4. Uninstall the Metamail software.
5. The error message should no longer appear when launching Microsoft Outlook.

:D

Good luck,
