Outlook spell check

Hello. Can anyone tell me why when I now try to use
spell check in Outlook Express, my computer tries to
install Microsoft's Picture It! Photo 2002? I have no
idea how to handle this one. Thanks

Outlook Express does not have spell checking software of its own. It
relies upon other programs like Office/Word for this capability. It sounds
like Outlook Express is looking for software to install so that it has the
spell checking functionality.
