Outlook SMS add-in

I get an error... The phone number format passed in is invalid
when using Outlook 2003 SMS add-in. The format comes from the contacts list as
(XXX) XXX-XXXX

What is the proper format to use with this add-in?

Maybe 10 digits. Try adding the 1 in front

Peter, I tried the following and all failed with the invalid phone numner
format passed. Might it be in the Motorola V710?
