Is there a way to tell
Outlook where to save signatures?
The default, on my system, is:

G:\Documents and Settings\Howard Kaikow\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures

Is there any way to specify the directory to be used?
Assuming you are using Outlook XP and your signature is htm or html? So my
advice would be if it is a htm or html signature move the signature manually
into the folder you want to use. Then go into outlook, Tools menu, options.
Mail format tab then click on signatures. Do a new one, click use this file
as template then browse to where the htm file is. This will then save to
the place you requested.

Regards
Karen

I tried the suggestion below.

1, When I browse to the location, Outlook only allows .txt files to be
selected as a template.
2, Outlook does not save the signature in the directory I choose, still uses
its default directory.
