Outlook Shutting Down

Is there a way to have a warning box appear before Outlook shuts down? Boss
accidentally hits the program window X and shuts the program down repeatedly
throughout the day. Can it be configured in a way that would cause a warning
box to appear and ask if that's what he really wants to do?
