outlook shutdown

When I start Outlook 2003 it appears briefly on my screen and then
immediately shuts down. I cannot open Outlook at the moment. Tried
restarting my computer. Still happens. Tried running Outlook in Safe
Mode and it still happens. Any thoughts?

In control panel, mail, can you create a new mail profile and make it the
default, and open it then?

If not, in add/remove programs, see if you can repair Office (or Outlook
2003 if that's all you have). Get your media handy....
