outlook show full header

Im getting spamed and I need to see the full header/path of the email -- how
do I do this -- right now it only gives me the basic from and then the mail
message

Hello,

in Outlook 2007 you could right-click on an email and choose "Message
options".
There the so called "Internet headers" are displayed.
