Outlook shouldn't change emails to plain text only.

My work depends on clicking on links that come via email to my junk mail
account. I can not longer do this, and Outlook also automaticlly converts
all emails to plain text. I need to know how to change this feature
permanatly for every email that come in (automatically).

You can't change the feature, and Microsoft isn't likely to change it either. The solution is to just move the items to another folder.
