Outlook should let me move the preview pane

I don't like the vertical preview pane and would prefer it to remain in the
old horizontal format. I realize that this wouldn't suit everybody so suggest
that you make it movable to suit the user.

OL 2003 already has that option. It's in the View menu: View, Message pane,
Bottom. The choices are Right, Bottom, & Off.
