Hi Anna, this newsgroup is dedicated to Access question. and here is an
English language.

Hola Anna este grupo es dedicado a preguntas de Access, y solo Ingles es
usado aqui, bueno pero lo que tu estas piediendo si es posible, Yo estoy
usando Outlook Office 2003,
Donce dice tema: dale click botn derecho y seleciona: Field Chooser , si tu
outlook es Español creo que se llama Selecionador de campos luego escoge
PARA: y arrastralo donde tu lo quieras.
