Outlook should let create work notes linked to an incoming email

Lot ot people work with huge amount of emails, and when you do something with
an email (telephonic call, ...) you'll like to write few notes somewhere
linked to the this email.

One way to do that is to drag (or right-drag) the message to the Journal folder and create a journal entry.

Another is to open the message, choose Edit | Edit Message and make your notes in the message itself.
