Outlook should have the ablilty to minimise to the system tray

Microsoft Outlook Should have the ablilty to minimise to the system tray, yet
at the same time still check emails, and give reminders as it does when
currently just minmised. This will take up less valuble space on the task bar.

Outlook 2003 does.

I found that by typing in "Minimize to Systray" in Outlook 2003 Help.
