Outlook should allow me to assign or share tasks

In multi-tasking, outlook planning, and sharing, wouldn't it be nice if you
were going to be out of the office to share your task list with a coworker or
admin assistant, or even be able to delegate tasks from Outlook.

Are you using exchange server? If so, you can give access to any of your
folders to other users on the same server.
