A friend has a Novell 4.11 office network with several PCs running Windows
98 SE.

I guess he means they have a Novell server and other PCs running Windows 98
SE.

One PC has a broadband modem and runs MS Outlook for email.

What would it take to give Outlook running on one or more of the other PCs
access to the incoming emails and the ability to send emails. I think the
idea is that there would be only one email address but several people could
look through the incoming emails.

Dear Brian,

What Outlook version?

With Outlook 2002/2003 you could us for sharing incomming emails with an
IMAP account.
(also with Outlook 98/2000 in Internet Mail mode)
