outlook send

currently using yahoo for emails. tried outlook but there is no send button
!any suggestions

also, how do i go about obtaining an e mail address ?

Get it from an email provider. Your internet provider may have included
one in the internet account. AOL and Gmail also offer free email
addresses:

http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=13273

For Gmail, note that you need to choose whether to use POP
or IMAP - don't get them mixed up.
