Outlook running twice

[accessing a site in Sharepoint using Fro]

I have a computer at my office that is running Outlook 2003. Somehow the
computer runs two sessions of outlook , so by that the send/receive button
hanghs and the users doesn't receive any e-mails. Anybody have any idea why
is this happening.

Outlook doesn't support 2 outlook.exe processes being ran under the same
user context. When it happens it is often caused by faulty addins. Disable
them all and enable them one by one to find the culprit.
