Outlook run amuck

I use outlook on three computers. All three collect my personal email
and the work computer uses a different server and collects work email
also.
This is the problem.
I have never had the work computer configured to use my personal
account server to send email but now it is trying to send messages
(three are waiting to be sent) via this machine. These messages do not
appear in my outbox nor have I sent any. I assume they are return
receipts which I always turn off.
1) is this what they are?
2) how do I delete them
3) How do I prevent it from happening again?

Could be.

Don't have a good answer for that, if you have receipts turned off.
 
It was receipts. Outlook spy worked great. It appears one of the
accounts didn't have the receipt think turned off.
